Angela Bertsch, LMT
Licensed Massage Therapist
Angela was born in Bend, Oregon and graduated from Redmond High School in 2002. While in high school she loved playing volleyball, student leadership and taking college English classes. She moved to Portland for greater opportunity and the desire to go to school for Massage Therapy, she later graduated from Anthem College in 2011. After completing college, she was inspired by two instructors and she started to follow her passion for sports massage, myofascial release, and deep tissue.
After graduation, Angela worked in a clinic with one of her mentors and attended many sporting events assisting with massage. She has also provided chair massages for many corporate offices throughout the Greater Portland Metro Area. Additionally, Angela helped with preventative care and injuries for MMA Fighters, Jiu Jitsu, and CrossFit athletes.
Angela's passion for assisting clients relax, develop increased body awareness, and reach optimum health goals continues to grow. She enjoys learning about new massage techniques, the body, and alternative health care. Angela believes that in order to take care of yourself, you to have look at mind, body, and spirit as a whole. She also believes that it is helpful to be consistent with preventative care to prevent injury and to learn correct body movement whether you are a highly competitive athlete or simply want to improve your daily activities.
When she is away from the clinic, Angela enjoys spending time with her son, Cameron. They love to spend time outside riding bikes, hiking, swimming, and spend lots of time playing together.
