Shantell was born in Medford, Oregon and graduated from North Medford High School in 2006. She played varsity tennis and was apart of numerous clubs around campus. She went to college at Southern Oregon University where she acquired her bachelors in psychology in 2011. After that Shantell's interests took her back to school to complete her massage therapy license graduating from Rogue Community College in 2016. She interned for local chiropractic office and later received a job as a full time massage therapist. Performing bodywork in the chiropractic field for over three years, she has a true passion for sports massage, deep tissue, and tool assisted therapy.
Shantell decided to move to beautiful Lake Oswego, Oregon to further her experience and techniques. She believes in focusing on the “whole person” approach when performing massage to provide the best therapy for her clients. Looking at everything from how a person sleeps, daily activities, nutritional intake and exercise encompasses how a client feels. Coming from a personal training background, Shantell believes that a client's health is a multifaceted approach, not just a single area of focus.
When Shantell is not providing bodywork, she spends time with her family, friends, boyfriend and three dachshunds. She enjoys playing golf, hiking and working out.
